FRIDAY JUNE 25TH, 1999
9:00 a.m - ?: Pre-registration at the Battle Mountain Civic Center and Drivers School.
10:00 a.m - 12 p.m : Practice and Qualifying Morning Session.
1:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m : Afternoon Practice and Qualifying.
7:00 p.m - ? : WELCOME RACERS, No-Host cocktail party at the Battle Mountain Civic Center
SATURDAY JUNE 26TH
10:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m : Final Technical Inspection and Carshow at the Battle Mountain High School parking lot.
10:00 a.m - 2:00 p.m : Final Registration at the Battle Mountain Civic Center
3:00 p.m - 4:30 p.m : Course Control Officials meeting at the Civic Center.
6:00 p.m - 8 p.m : Driver's Meeting at the Civic Center
7:00 p.m - 11:00 p.m : TBA
SUNDAY JUNE 27TH
6:00 a.m - 4:00 p.m : Highway 305 is closed for us Racers
6:30 a.m : Course Control Officials to be at their GATES
7:00 a.m : Course Sweep to Austin
7:00 a.m : Racers stage at Battle Mountain High School
8:30 a.m : The flag drops to start the race !
2:00 p.m : Race should be completed
6:00 p.m : Awards banquet and presentation at the civic center. No-Host cocktails are at 6 and
dinner is at 7 p.m. Presentations ( awards ) follow dinner.
